In part, because we are passionate about it and believe strong social responsibility leadership will be a key business advantage for our clients, but also because we see significant parallels between the management style and skill-set required from today’s social responsibility leaders and the many executives that we have recruited to lead the diversity function.
CSR Insights assists organizations in identifying candidates for social responsibility leadership positions. It also seeks to educate and counsel senior executives on the ever-changing challenges and requirements that fall under the broad remit of the social responsibility function.
